FenceFins are a pair of metal fins that attach to the post and brace firmly against the soil, counting the wind force on the fence (instead of using concrete) - have you tried them? There are videos on here of how they work

What if the post were dipped in tar or some type of sealer painted on the post before putting in the hole, would that help seal them so rot would never occur?

Concrete is a waste of money and rots ur post, just tamp the dirt back in real good is all you need to do
