Canada needs to have an automatic union once a location/company gets to a certain size. Germany legally requires this after 10 employees, they call it the "Working Counsel" and they have high production output as a country. So do not tell me that unions hurt businesses.

The guy blaming the union was in management, not in the union.
Also, as a supervisor, he is only making $23 and hour, so what are his subordinates making? Not that much and $23 is not a whole lot for a supervisor.
