The fact that grown adults feel so fed up, or intimidated by the lack of parenting, supervision, and foul behavior from these tweens is insane! I'm not making fun of the adults who leave either...I get it. You either don't wanna deal with their terrible behavior, or are afraid you're gonna say something to that kid and their parent shows up and blows their lid on you.
