Have been watching this a few times today xD I have had the flu for a week, just getting better, and today I have had high panic all day for no reason! Really insane levels, so I'm hoping it's an adjustment period! :)

It’s exactly what I’m experiencing these days! More energy but at the same time some nervousness and sleepiness all suddenly during the day 😅

This is exactly what I experience, only that this wired phase has been longer and longer. A year ago it usually took a day or two before I got tired, but now it can take up to a week. Which makes the adjustment periods very long and frustrating.

My day follows this exact pattern. Wake up, zero energy in my body, like lead. Drag myself into my responsibilities and pick up about mid day but in a very stressed energy, pounding headaches, back pain etc, then evening crash but wired. Like body is paralysed but this extremely irritated energy trapped inside. Then by night time stabilise and sleep. Then wake back up and the cycle starts all over again like Groundhog Day. Is this typical?

But what do you do when being very tired and having extreme brain fog? Just keep doing what I did the days/weeks before? Or should I relax and give my body/nervous system a break?

I do not even have the energy to breathe or for anxiety. All energy gone the last Days. And i doubt that it comes back. I was involved emotionally in something. My day was hard before but now i cannot eat because i am affraid, that i do not have the energy to breathe after it. I am so hungry but no energy the whole day, shit i think i crashed. But i do not know. I hope my energy is coming back. Yesterday i was so depleted that even my symptoms stops because i could hardly breathe. I now think that you can die from it, because if the energy is empty, so empty that your symptoms stops and you only feeling so damn tired the Day, then i think you can loose the energy and stop breathing
