I was skeptical that this would work but omg it did. My 2 month old was constipated for 2 days and would avoid eating, scream and full body tense up from the pain. I followed this video and was disappointed when nothing immediately happened. Somewhere around 1-4hrs later (not sure exactly when because we were out running errands) my little guy had an explosion like I've never seen yet! Every inch of his diaper was filled! He has eaten so much since he pooped and has been so comfortable and sleeping so peacefully. I am very happy and thankful for your video.

I am in actual disbelief, I literally did maybe 4 or 5 solar plexus circle and 3 bowel release sweeps (if that is what they are called) on my nearly 4 month old baby, and then my toddler called me as she had done a poo! So I cleaned her up, came back to my baby to watch the video again & do it ‘properly’ and then realised my little guy had a hugely full nappy!! I can NOT believe this, it’s been 7 days and I have been SO STRESSED!!! Thank you so so so much 🙏🏼

Alhamdulillah..it worked amazingly..my 14 month old daughter hasn't pooped from 2 days n she was quite constipated..I did this massage for like 5 mins while she was sleeping..n when she woke up after 2 hrs..she pooped without any discomfort..n filled her diaper..anybody who's is worried about baby constipation should try it atleast once

My newborn has been constipated for two days. I did this with a tiny bit of coconut oil and within 30minutes the diaper exploded. Lol! Once bathed my baby slept with no problem immediately. Thank u so much
