So glad I found this video. My 9 month old is full of cold . Really blocked nose. She’s asleep on my in her romper so had to try give her the routine through her romper and backwards but did apply all the pressures and gentle massage. Her nose seems to have made more airways before she couldn’t keep a dummy in her mouth. I trained in reflexology main moons ago and really didn’t think to try this but my baby is now sleeping and I cannot hear mucus being stuck while she tries breathing in and out 🙏🙏🙏 thank you so much for your video . Hoping little one sleeps all the way through and this has helped. These last few nights have been so rough xxx god bless

Thank you so much for sharing this. It's the first detailed tutorial I found in many years... I tried it in my 7 year old daughter that was so congested... she slept through the night, coughed a little but it sounded as if the mucus was moving...in the morning she started to take it out and wow!!! My 5 year old daughter has had a cough for 3 weeks now and it suddenly got worse in the past 24 hours, a long with a fever. She got sent home from school early and I scheduled a doctor appointment. Tonight neither of us are getting any sleep because of her coughing fits. Nonstop coughing and kicking the crap outta me. I just put her to sleep with this and she's FINALLY sleeping peacefully...
