Had to share a recent win. I found Dr Mindy 9 months ago and started my fasting journey 6 months ago, needing to lose 50 lbs. 15 lbs fell off in the first 2 months but nothing since. Numerous 36 hr fasts and a 48 hr fast but the weight would not budge, my blood sugar never got under 85. Last weekend, I was in the middle of a 48 hr fast when I found an older video where you said if your BG stays higher but you are making ketones KEEP GOING. That was the positive reinforcement I needed. That fast turned to 60 hrs and easily rolled into keto thereafter. The scale finalliy moved! Thank you for the information you provide.

I’ve been fasting for the past two months and my sleep has improved I sleep deeper and longer. I can tell my body isn’t working as hard at night when I stop eating after 6pm. I’m very careful what eat before bed as well…

Thank you Dr.Mindy!! I’ve been IF (15-18 hrs 6 days a week) for several years and my sleep has improved every year. Now I sleep soundly for 7 hours on average, wake up feeling rested and have consistent energy all day. 🙌🏻

This is the longest I've been on i would say a daily fast where my lunch most times is my dinner and a snack around 5pm, my skin is great.Thank You 4 all the positive energy info.

Keeping refined sugar to a minimum and early in the day is what made the difference for me. Since last July I’ve cut processed food and refined sugar out of my diet completely and at 67 am sleeping those 7, 8, sometimes 9 hours of sleep. Side effect was I doing If without realizing it.😉.

I fast for years and i know i get a much better deep sleep and clear dreams, knowing this most times i would eat before bed and mess it up now that i came across your channel and learned about ketosis and autophagy I'm more serious about fasting then before.
