I consume kale powder, beet powder, and parsley powder regularly. Those three powders are just three of the many many powders that I keep in my kitchen. I find that powders are much easier to get down on a regular basis cuz they're more versatile. I can add them to smoothies, oatmeal, vegan medleys, and more.
