((Macros: Per Burrito - 10 Total)

Ingredients:
1/2 Diced Onion
1.3KG Extra Lean Beef Mince (raw weight)
Seasoning Mix: 1 Tsp Chilli Powder, 1 Tsp Salt, 1/2 Tsp Ground Cumin, 1 Tsp Black Pepper, 2 Tsp Paprika, 1 Tsp Onion & Garlic Powder, 1.5 Tsp Oregano (or your choice of seasonings)
4 Diced Garlic Cloves
120g Tomato Paste
90g Light Cream Cheese (Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese)
80g Light Shredded Cheddar
100ml Hot Sauce or Buffalo Sauce
Coriander/Cilantro
10 Large Tortillas (Simsons Pantry Low Carb Large Protein Wraps)
1KG Cooked White Rice (100g per burrito - 10 total)

High Protein Nacho Cheese Sauce:
400g Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Salt
100g Light Cheddar Cheese
50ml Low Fat Milk

Blend for around 2 minutes until smooth & creamy & equally distribute across all 10 burritos (approximately 50g sauce per burrito)

Important Notes:
Before filling & rolling the burrito place the tortilla on a pan with the heat on low & warm it up on each side for around 1 minutes, this will prevent it from breaking.

To store & reheat the burritos:
Take a burrito out the freezer, remove the foil, wrap the burrito in a paper towel, place in the microwave for around 2 minutes, then air fry at 190C/375F for 5 - 8 minutes (times may vary slightly - the last reheating step can also be done in an oven or on a pan)

I just made this for the first time and oh my gosh, you sir are a true blessing. The nacho cheese sauce still has a strong cottage cheese taste to me but mixed with the meat it was rlly fucking good. Dude you sir are an absolute legend I’ll definitely try your other stuff in the days to come. 10/10

When I blended the sauce w/ 400g low fat cottage cheese and 100g cheddar it did not come out nearly as dark as yours nor as creamy - how did you do it?

I have been following these recipes for a 3 months started at to 280....may not be alot but these meals and a simple 25 minute calisthenics workout 3 times a week I have dropped a jean size and i have my muscular chest and back like I used with a pre teen Athlete doing to same with me he is building great foundation

I nuked ot for 2 minutes, ourside hot inside cold.

5 minutes, outside hot lava
Inside still slight ice chunks

Skip the sauce, ended up with ice cream. The ground beef was on point tho. Even tho, I didn't use minced ground beef.
I also ended up skipping the buffalo sauce
