I have written this sleep hypnosis for deep sleep session to help you more easily wind down and relax at the end of the day, calm your busy mind and ease into a full night of uninterrupted sleep. As you may very well know, our minds often tend to race in the evenings and just before bed. The strong hypnotic language together with the guided visualisations and imagery in this video will help distract your conscious mind and help you stop overthinking so that you can more easily clear the pathway into a night of deep sleep.

This track incorporates sleep hypnosis, guided meditation and positive suggestions and/or imagery. It is designed to help soothe and quieten your mind, as well as to reduce the harmful effects of negative overthinking at night. When you are able to prevent your mind anxiously predicting the future or reflecting negatively or regretfully on the past – especially when doing so creates fear, anxiety or unease – you are able to access your subconscious mind or higher self. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in the trance state.

This audio track is safe and suitable for frequent daily listening – as many times as you wish. Since hypnosis helps induce positive behavioural change, a different version of you will be listening each time and so your subconscious will enjoy a different experience on each occasion you tune in.

Nick, after a lonnnng 12-13 hour shift at the hospital, I never fail to smile as I hear “Hi this is Nick” and “Tomorrow will be a better day than today.” Thank you so much for helping me quiet my nonstop nurse brain and get much-needed daily rest.

Extremly successful in inducing sleep. To know what is being said in the rest of the video, since almost instantaneously i fall asleep, i listen to the whole session during daytime and even then iworks, it calns down one smoothly.!!

I've really enjoyed this previously, but, unfortunately, it didn't work for me tonight, which is unusual. So I was able to listen to your words, which are amazing, but I think the background rain and thunder needs to be changed, as you talk about beautiful blue skies and white clouds.
