@3:30 -ish: if you select the armature you can switch to pose mode by pressing CTRL-Tab. The pie-menu also fine, though. Nice tutorial, as always!

Good tutorial, but it would have been nice if you'd gone over how to _stop_ the mesh from breaking, via IK locking certain axis on specific bones.
