Select the bones on the left.
Press Space or F2 for the search bar, type "symmetrize", pick the axis you want.

This is the best tutorials on IK I have seen so far, the others either were too theoretical and failed in explaining the how to or were quick in the application to the point where you couldn't understand what they did and what went wrong with you following their steps no matter how much you reminded the video ! Thank you! Seriously, been searching for somone like you for almost 3 months! I'm working with animating sims 4 models for personal machinimas and they all have bone structures already implemented in them, but in terms of animation control, its terrible. It's really only good for just photo posing. You're seriously a lifesaver and you're quick and easy to listen to! too many people take forever in 1 video and cover too much it makes it hard to focus because they want to fill a 10 min mark for views and monetization. But I hate long videos that don't get to the point like you do. So, really, thank you for your videos!
