The only thing I would say is maybe cut the chives into much smaller cuts for a more visually appealing garnish… other than that looks great boss!

Looks incredible! Im not telling you what to do, but atleast try this one time: add a little half and half to the eggs and beat the hell out of them for several minutes. They puff up nicely and you can still make them wet like yours, which is the only way to make them.
