15 Hour Potatoes

Recipe:
6 Gold or Russet potatoes sliced thin
3 tbsp melted butter
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Garlic powder

Layer in pan flat. Make sure to line the pan with parchment paper.
Bake at 250° for 2 hours.
Covered with parchment paper on top and bottom.
Firmly press & chill for 8-12 hours in fridge.
Cut in desired shape.

Fry in canola oil for 5 mins.
Sprinkle with coarse salt and ground pepper.
