Has anyone tried her recipe air fried? I want to make these as a gift for a disabled client who LOVES potatoes and crispy textures. So I thought I could preprep all but the final frying. I saw on a different recipe that the cut pieces can be frozen before that final fry. However my clients family only issues an air fryer and I don’t have one to test it out myself. So if you air fried them do you think it was just as good? How high and long did it take?
