Extend your punches, you want to punch through the target. You fight how you train, so train like you’re in a fight. Great content!! Hope I see you in MMA bro!

1.Keep hands high enough to guard you chin. Always keep them up.

2.Use your shoulders to cover your chin when you punch.

3. Stay on the balls of your feet, dont let you heels touch the ground.

4. Use more feints

5. Focus ALOT on improving your footwork

Other then that, goodluck man

Also relax your stomach/abdominals when slipping and feinting it makes transfers and transitions smoother. You could try and lock your elbows a little less when throwing hooks too/ think of it as more of an extension into a hook rather than a hook the whole way around

Love to see you in the octagon. I see your hands drop. My boxing coach is a strict on keeping your hands glued to your face

Keep your hands up when you enter in a combo and jab out in a higher guard. That will help you enter in and out safer rather than entering and exiting all opened up. Good work tho and love that you are focusing on fundamentals, keep up the work brother 💪🔱

Boxing tip work on moving backwards while being able to defend or strike

You need to slow down, start with slow but perfect movements. Speed comes with experience, experience comes with training and sparring. When you punch your guard hand is way to low you need to bring it up closer to your chin, same both ways never give away free shots to the head or body by leaving a hand out of guard when swinging. Lastly surround yourself in a boxing gym with coaches and other fighters you will learn way more.

Keep whatever hand you are not using to punch at your cheek bone, I also suggest working on technique like extending punches, not telegraphing, and being fluid with your movement. Invest in to a boxing gym so you can spar a lot. Lastly having a insane mindset like thinking to punch with bad intent E.G. Punching through the opponent (really horrible things) will increase your power and belief in yourself

Hands up whole time, less flat footed more on toes, no lean into 1-2 step with punches

Remember to bring your hands back up, also twist your hips with punches to het more power👍

I'd suggest working on foot work and guards next. for example, having higher guards where ur knuckles r right by the temples of ur head. next, long guard and high guard. then footwork with slipping. also something I noticed while u were slipping, was that u were going to far down, which can lead to walking right into a punch. u can still do that as long as u watch out and have a tight guard that also pushes the punch out of the way

You bought your feet together in the first clip if you got hit you would've fell over

Slow down. Everything needs to have perfect extension with your fists turning in at full extension, while rotating hips, and hands high, and elbows in. None of you’re punches were extended. All short armed punches will end up messing up your form and have potential on doing damage to your shoulder.

Boxing's good to definitely get the fundamentals down. But I think ground-and-pound techniques would be good for you. You already have a wrestling base

Is that a 60 gallon water heater ? If so, do you like it ? Do you you ever worry about it running out of hot water ? Does it worry you so much that you don't rest well ? If so, you might want to go with a 100 gallon .

I’d suggest if your short - to average in your weight class then learn peekaboo style. A combination is jab, 2, then slip and turn to their liver side at the same time then throw a shot to liver, since gloves are big then don’t be afraid trying to dig under the ribs, it will still catch the liver. If ur fast enough then throw a uppercut afterwards
