Legs can be lifted up in an advanced stage. Legs on the ground is for beginners. Also, in the wrong form body is not leaned back, which doesn't make core muscles engaged.

Legs should be up in the air the whole time and the main point is to twist tye torso not the arms.

That’s still improper form. You don’t want to go fast and swinging your arms side to side you want slow and controlled movements. The slower the better, also for a better workout hold a weight close to your chest
