I actually had the problem twice while trying to buy a new computer. The first time I had this error I simply returned it and got a refund but when I got the same one twice when I bought my second, I was upset to say the least. thanks for making this tutorial. resetting the mail and calendar app works for me. It's been 2 years yet this problem still occurs. I hope windows care about the details of their apps. They made promising useful apps yet the bugs can be annoying.
