On the 2nd prompt, at 3:11. I get Error 740. Saying “elevated permissions are required to run DISM. Use an elevated command prompt to complete these tasks.” Please help! This is the 3rd video and 3rd technique I’ve tried and none have been successful.

Edit: Okay so something important to note here. I found the reason for the error. You did mention right clicking PowerShell and selecting “run as administrator” however I’ve exited out and re-clicked it for every prompt. What I typed above was when I forgot to select “run as administrator”. Figuring I’ll leave this here for others confused.
