How apple tags work tells us how they work and tells us how by pairing the air tag with our phone. Even tells “how to” set it up to make it “work” with our phone. And discribes what it does and how to use it to track if we have our phone with us and we get seperated from the air tag by forgetting to taking the item we attached the air tag to in order to work backward and find where we dropped our keys with the air tag on the key ring. I accidentally left my back pack with my important info init at a restaurant and it got stolen, but my phone was in my pocket. Now had i placed an air tag on my back pack like i was supposed to, i could have used my app on my phone to trigger the chirps from my air tag to locate the sound where i left my back pack. Plus if i could get one that uses maps on my phone, i can track who stole it and track it’s location on a map and bust the person who stole my property. But that’s where going to an apple phone center can fill us in on how it works in solving issues on loosing things.
One time i was so furious because my mind went blank, and I couldn’t find my car keys just moments after setting them down? And forgot where i layed them, and finally found them in my laundry bag after i spilled something on my pants and exchaged them for some other ones and forgot to transfer my keys. Had i used an Air Tag, I could have saved time locating my lost keys on my key ring. And seen a diagram of my location from the air tag and heard the chirping sound emmited from the Apple Air Tag.
But how long do the internal batteries last?
Another wuestion to ask an Apple Phone Dealer. And it’s range.
