This good info is much appreciated. I have a question to gain clarification as it relates to how the Air Tag technology itself works. This is a technology aspect that I've yet to see anyone thoroughly cover in an "Air Tag" tutorial video. 

{SCENARIO} So, if I have an air tag in my backpack and it was thrown into a dumpster. How would I be able to see where the backpack is if it is 100 miles away from me? What is required in order for me to be able to see the backpack in its current location? Will I be able to see it in my "Find My" iPhone app, or is something else required in order for it to show up on the "Find My" screen?

Very informative video.
For those of us with vertigo issues, it would be better if you placed your iPhone on a flat surface whenever possible. The slight movement of your hand while holding your device causes some of us to feel sick. Before having this issue, I wouldn’t have even noticed the slight movement. Thanks!

I’m assuming you can leave an AirTag in your car so that you can find it easily in a large parking lot or parking deck?
