Fresh oyster mushrooms are delicious, but you’ve gotta be really careful growing them indoors. The spores can spread through your house and start growing on any untreated wood/paper surfaces, especially if you live in a humid environment.
I’ve seen people buy those mushroom grow kits only the end up with mushrooms growing out of their floorboards or on books. 😭
