Ribs don't get much easier or tastier. This juicy method will win over your heart and your stomach. These pork ribs are rubbed with our signature Pork and Poultry seasoning and smoked for three hours, wrapped with brown sugar and honey for two, and given perfect color with a little Traeger BBQ glazing in the final hour.

185 for 3 the wrap 225 for 2 then unwrapped 225 with bbq sauce for 1

Forgot the apple juice/mustard at the beginning and later some apple juice when baking in the foil to keep the meat moist. I always move the ribs to the oven when baking in foil to save pellets. No smoking takes place when the ribs are sealed up in foil. My $0.02

I did 3 racks of 3-2-1 ribs off the Traeger app on the 4th of July. They were the best. It's hard to sway away from something you got down.

3-2-1 never works. I hate to say it but Traeger has major temp fluctuations. I own the pro 34 and I do love it. Just frustrating that it won’t stay steady on the dial.
