People, one thing everyone needs to understand, as simple and basic as this design is, it can still cover a lot of different angles and with all the different positions it has been promoted for, the athletes and healthy adrenaline heads out there, need to understand one very important detail, commitment, dedication, routine needs to be maintained, heavy days of working out and light days, but consistently is very much a religious philosophy, just like karate, it will always take a lot of practice, and get a dam good understanding with your nutrition,

I have a T/G xtreme. I really like it however the board is small for me, 6’ 215lbs. Would you recommend one that will fit my size please ? Rather than concentrating on the workout I’m concerned about falling off.

I'm new to the machine (TG Fit) but it's rather loud and the pulley rattles. It makes me not even want to get on it. Yours seem quiet. Any suggestions?
