I never knew I could eat this much and loose weight and I'm eating healthier than ever because of these simple meals. Thank you so much for your videos! I need to just stay consistent! I have so much weight to lose and consistency is my problem. I’m cooking for a family and it’s just difficult for me because everyone won’t eat this way. I want to be healthy, slim and trim.

Love all your videos and healthy recipes.
I would like to ask if you are able to share any “savory” low calorie density Breakfast recipes. Most of the ones you share are sweet which is great, it sometimes I crave something savory in the morning and trying to not over indulge in avocado toast or heavier foods. Thanks for all your suggestions.
