So I am looking at picking up the Ally X. Every conversation around it seems to involve installing Bazzite and... I can't see why.
Using a tiny Windows doesn't seem like such a big deal. The fact it's Windows means I can install things like World of Warcraft.
Surely a stylus solves the interactivity issue?

I got this along with the AR glasses and it’s one of the best experiences to have when gaming on a handheld. My biggest gripe is the small display panel. The Deck and Go has such a better screen. Hell even the new MSI claw 8 ai has 8 inch screen and I think 8 inch is the perfect size. Either way the X wins on everything except for the display panel

I brought my rog ally 3 weeks ago and have the revised motherboard so no sd card issues and love it such an amazing device. get yourself a case for the rog ally x as it could help with the ergonomics of the device and make it more comfortable for you

why did it take you over 15 min to start playing if the device is ready to use in less than a minute if it's switched off?

I do agree that it is a little uncomfortable out of the box specially for people with bigger hands it feels like your holding something small but after installing the dbrand killswitch case it feels so much better in the hand

My only gripe after 6 months coming from console. 1 screen is a bit small. 8 inch would be perfect i think. 2 updating to the latest drivers, what a hassle. The rest is awesome.

Can you play games like madden and COD on bazzite? My biggest complaint with the deck is I can’t play a lot of multiplayer games due to anticheat
