Hey Youtube Fam! In this video I share how I lost weight and broke through a weight loss plateau! I started a 4 week challenge on the BBR app by Rachel Dillion. I've been consistent with my nutrition and working out and I'm loving the results. I also show you transformation photos and what I eat in a day. I hope you enjoy this video!

I think it’s important to take a break every once in a while. 4 weeks is a good break especially for how long you’ve been dieting and working out.
The first time around I went so hard and I gained all of weight back plus more. Now I’ve lost the weight and then some but I’m not pressuring myself.

I never thought about doing 4 week increments with working out 😍 I love that because it’ll go by so fast and then a new challenge starts. I love it!

Hey Shayla, can you do a shopping list on what to buy to starter a fitness journey at home. Type of weights and supplies to purchase. A starter kit! Must haves! Especially for muscle building! Thanks

I love your videos and have been following you on your fitness journey over the past few years, (started mine 5yrs ago). I hit a plateau last year, just due to stress and the way of the world, etc and I gave myself a 4mth break. But this post made me check out BBR and I have to say, they are exactly what I needed! I joined a challenge which starts Jan 25/21. The group of women involved are so supportive and motivating and yet we haven't even hit the challenge yet. Thank you for bringing light to BBR, Rachel Dillion and her sister Emma. They are so awesome and I look forward to seeing what you're able to push yourself to next!😊💪🏽

I've been working out for 3 years now. I've become a boxing fitness trainer for a program called StryKO, which has been a game changer for me. I box with a trainer at least once a week. I've come a long way. My food has never been on point. I'm now realizing how much better my body could look if I had more discipline with what I eat. I made the decision to sign up for The Diet Doc program at my gym. Excited for this next part in my journey. I love watching your workouts and the knowledge you've gained about food excites me to learn. I'm 48 years old and in the best shape of my life! Thank you for always sharing your journey! An inspiration, for sure! ♥️

Im commenting and I didn’t even watch the video yet. But I get excited when I see Shayla upload. I started intermittent fasting!!! Loving it and its really not that hard. Its giving me a more balanced view on food. I recommend it to anyone and everyone
