Another lesson any adult can learn from Ja is to not beat up teenagers.

What do you think of going out to run or sprint to get better game cardio?

I personally thing the best way to get cardio for basketball would be… playing basketball

Or

The best cardio for soccer would be… playing soccer.

But, i’m unsure about going out for runs or sprint training. Will these help my ingame stamina?

DO NOT use the foam roller behind the knees!!!

several reasons:

Sensitive Structures: The area behind your knee, also known as the popliteal fossa, is home to a complex network of nerves and blood vessels. Rolling this area directly could potentially compress these structures and cause discomfort or even damage.
Lack of Muscle Mass: Unlike areas like your calves, thighs, or back, there isn't a lot of muscle mass behind your knees to cushion against the pressure of a foam roller. This can make foam rolling this area particularly uncomfortable or even painful.
Potential for Hyperextension: Using a foam roller directly behind the knees could potentially force your knee into a hyperextended position, which can cause unnecessary stress on the ligaments and other structures in your knee joint, potentially leading to injury.

Every workout he does isn’t for vertical. He’s a pro basketball player he works on all aspect of his game. And the medicine ball shuffle helps with legs, core and power when throwing down the ball. Idk what you’re on bro

The first time I caught wind of Ja and the way he plays clean back in 2017-2018 I knew I found my all time favorite player since the 90s and I called the fact that this fool was gonna get drafter his rookie year and be the face of the NBA for years to come.. I knew everyone was gonna jumo on the band wagon I knew this fool was gonna dominate the whole league with out hesitation and flat out destroy anyone standing between him and the rim.. and... I WAS RIGHT!!!! His mailing address is above the rim son!!!

Thanks so much for your videos. They have helped me improve my athleticism in just 2 weeks. Could you maybe do a video about Lebron's vertical jump, like his highest jumps and maybe also why you think he has been able to sustain his hops so late into his career?
Even if you don't, I'm still gonna be super appreciative of your content.
