Eliud Kipchoge has slowly become the greatest over the marathon, with numerous world records, gold medals, olympic victory's and more. But how was his progress and how did he do it?

Thanks for this! It shows how great Kipchoge is over the 26.2 miles. I have been inspired by his 2017 statement, "The world is just 25 seconds away!" Two years later, in 2019, he did it. I just hope one day he will break the 2-hour barrier on a normal marathon course. Regardless, no one has ever dominated marathon running at an international level like Kipchoge. I am glad to live in his era.
