So it goes like this: I worry about a problem so I procrastinate, but when I actually get to do it, It has to be perfect, if it isn't I procrastinate some more by stress eating

I legit have all 5 signs.. I know I have anxiety so I avoid ppl and stress .. I seek a life of peace.. i’m fine until I get around humans.. I love nature tho

I answered mostly C but I think anxiety manifests differently depending on circumstances. I have been through the "no opening mail" phase during more depressive times. I've been through overeating in periods where i felt out of control in my life and shoved food in my mouth to calm me down. Now i am more stable in my life/career and anxiety is showing up as perfectionism, like "Im doing well but I must do better". Anxiety is compulsive either way it presents itself. We need to learn to deescalate the anxious thoughts. Only way to really deal with this monster.

Such a great quiz and topic that was covered. I got a tie between A and C as I got two A’s and 2 C’s (and 1 B) So I’m a cross between a a procrastinator and a perfectionist. Definitely me. I seem myself doing both and I think both can be forms of self-sabotage in my life. Thanks Mel. She’s the best.

The Roku Channel isn't available in my country! Please put up the rest of the show somewhere accessible, I'm such a bad procrastinator and stress-eater that I have pretty much ruined my life (gained 65 lbs in 2.5 years, failed every single exam and I need to retake 2 semesters) I really don't know what to do, because just thinking about it gives me MORE anxiety which leads me to procrastinate and stress-eat even more..
