Nice.
Friend turned me on to smoked steaks a few months ago and I'll smoke at about 200° for an hour or more indirect and then sear at about 600°.

This is amateur hour steak. Use mesquite and place the whole sous vide machine with the steak inside the grill for 7 hours. This channel is a joke. Stop cheaping out on these things.
