A group treks for 200km to create awareness on the need to conserve river Ewaso Nyiro

Over 100 people from three counties have embarked on a walk to create awareness on the need to conserve river Ewaso Nyiro. The group will trek for 200 kilometers traversing the counties of Samburu, Laikipia and Isiolo that are served by the river to implore the local communities to preserve the river that is the lifeline for residents of the region.
