I really liked The Push but it definitely has trigger warnings that could bother a new mother, so just make sure you're in the right headspace. Mrs. Caliban is awesome, I listened on audiobook... similar to The Pisces by Melissa Broder.

You always bring so many unique books to my attention! I have to keep my goodreads open while watching your videos.
The Push was one of my favorite books I read last year. The Harpy on the other hand, was a disappointment. I found it pretty boring unfortunately. Wish it had been darker.

I went into reading The Push knowing NOTHING, and I LOVED IT! The writing is so good, so visceral. I hope you LOVE IT! 
The Twenty Days of Turin sounds so good. I will definitely be checking that out. I love short books that can manage to pack a punch.

Mother for Dinner sounds amazing. I really have to check that one out. 
Also, where did you find your copy of Suffer The Children? I cannot seem to find a copy anywhere. Is it a digital book only?
