This is such a good idea. I think I’ll do this next year, but maybe 10 or 12 books.

Love t his idea, I might steal it. I don't have a channel so no competition there. I keep changing TBR's monthly but to make one list for the year I might actually stick to it. Thanks, great idea. Great video

I am tickled pink that you like Agatha Christie. I’ve been reading her books for about 45 years. They stand the test of time.
I’m sorry you aren’t finding A Discovery of Witches as exciting as I did. Man, I fell down the rabbit hole and happily lived there for this entire series. I’m so glad we all find books to suit our individual tastes. Thank you for the Aunties series recommendations. I already bought the book. I cannot wait to read it!

Night Film is sooo good!!! No Exit is also great. The Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet is very light sci-fi, very slice of life book, it' great!!

I really enjoy your book video content. That's a really good idea and gives me good ideas!! I'm trying to read my books on my TBR without bringing in a lot of new books. Happy reading ☺️

If you don’t want to read A Discovery of Witches… you should give the show a shot.. I loved it and it stuck pretty close to the books for the most part I think

I joined the challenge and used your template. I’ve completed 7 books, DNF’ed two and I’m in the middle of another one.

I made it through A Discovery of Witches this year (and Shadow of Night). I gave them both 4 stars. They are lengthy and I don't think I would have enjoyed them as much if I hadn't been reading them with a group of friends. Hope this helps!

I did the same thing as you with the Thursday murder club… started it and immediately thought it wasn’t my vibe at all!

I just read The Thursday Murder Club last week and I would definitely recommend sticking with it! For the first 10 or so chapters I was feeling a little overwhelmed and I wasn’t quite hooked, but after that it really picked up! I got used to the changes in narrator and I fell in love with the characters. Just to warn you though, there is definitely a lot of mystery in it but it is not really a thriller. It’s more of a funny/feel-good mystery like Dial A for Aunties or Finlay Donovan Is Killing It.
