1. Hanging from a pull-up bar with locked out elbows and you thumb wrapped around the bar
2. Pull your shoulder blades down, by shrugging them into your back pocket, this will cause your head to raise up slightly
3. While pulling them down, also pull them back which will cause your chest to slightly face the ceiling slightly....possible cues that help are imagining breaking the bar in half or putting more pressure into your pinkies
4. Once you reach the top of the movement pause
5. Under control, lower yourself back to the starting position, repeat for reps
