A reality show in the sense that I will be showing live everything that helped me get out of my gambling addiction, get rid of depression and anxiety, and continues to help me deal with my daily weaknesses, problems and makes my life much healthier and happier.
It doesn't matter what kind of addiction you suffer from, or if you have anxiety or depression - all these things are intertwined, connected, dependent on each other. The underlying causes and the healing paths are often the same.
In principle, I am inviting everyone who wants to learn things about how to fight their mental, emotional, physical and similar problems. I am inviting you to watch the videos, participate in the healing process together, communicate, share your experiences, observations, and knowledge. Hello guys! I am an ex problem gambler. Started my recovery process 7 years ago, and never been that happy in my life as I am now.
I gambled excessively for about 13 years and lost tens of thousands of dollars. However, money was just a small and not the most important part of my losses. Basically speaking, gambling has stolen my youth, my most precious dreams, and created problems for the rest of my life. And all this started just from a single innocent bet.
During my recovery I read, collected and summarized a vast amount of related information on this matter. It often comes to my mind that if I had had this knowledge before, if somebody had approached me with it between my relapses, if somebody had given me some care and understanding, I could have started my recovery long time ago, and wouldn’t have experienced all the devastating consequences…
