In my believe reducing tasks from our agenda helps us to reduce stress. .. sometimes we want to do more than our abilities.

I didn’t expect her voice to be so peaceful. At first I was having constant anxiety with the voice in my head yelling that I have so much to do, but I chose to close my eyes and focus on what she was saying.
Here I am thinking there’s some complex solution to my mental health issues and it all adds up to the basics: sleep, eating, exercising, and social groups.

Best ways to beat stress are exercising, walking, yoga, and meditation. Listening to calming music is another stress buster. My favorite music these days is The Journey from Roundglass.

Stress comes from poor planning and not knowing what you are doing with your time.

This is why people in mundane jobs do not get stressed, because their day is planned out for them. They don't have to think, they just do what they are told. Running on "autopilot" is stress free.

The key is planning out your day in advance. I personally plan my day the night before and use a task listing app. As I go through the day, I tick things off the list. It's like running on autopilot and having a boss to tell me what to do. I don't have to think, not having to think has reduced my stress to almost 0.

I had only three questions in algebra homework in Grade School.
Could not. So putting them down, then left for a vigorous Judo class.
Upon returning home, I picked up those questions and answered them no problem.
I don't forget that.

What she says is great bit floored. If you are stuck in fight and flight to the point where you have m.e fibro crps, doing this will not work, you have to turn fight and flight off, excersise can trigger the brain, the brain has to be rewired a specific way for each patient. How i know this, is what im doing with a professional! If you are not yet in chronic illness but just stressed this will help prevent that, but you need to understand neuroplasticity to ensure you stay well.

I was having severe depression after my breakup. Nothing was pleasing me, I was not liking anything. One day my sister requested me to come with her, she took me to Planet Ayurveda, Chandigarh. Their treatment relived my stress so much. Thanks Planet Ayurveda.

The natural immune systems has probably evolved, for the better.

Managing mind and body are an imperative for everyone. I agree with you. No need for popping a pill. Just go for a brisk walk in the sunshine!
