HR when asks candidate during Interview, (we are looking for candidates who can join immediate to 15 days)
Same HR after that Employee gives resignation letter, ( Sorry as per organisation policy you need to serve your 90 days notice period)😢

Case 1 : One time i paid 60 days salary and relieved early to join my new company. As the Current working organisation doesn't gave such option.
Case 2 : I was worked as a 3 party consultant for an OEM, i had health issues and doctor advised to take break, when I asked for 3 months leave they said it's not available for contractual role and they relieved me in a week.

So, we can't do anything, whatever decision it will be taken by HR and Hiring manager only 😂

Impossible to relieve in a month!

In next 2 months new tasks will be assigned. Last 1 month handover will takes place 😊

Specifically in IT your request will not approve because employer has reasoning that we need to hire someone and onboard the candidate and then you have to give him KT and then only we will be able to release you

Early release depends on line manager, not on hr.
