I have a 98 Lexus GS400 that just hit 150k miles I've only had to change the oil, do a timing job because it's an interference engine, change spark plugs, filters, air temp sensor, valve cover gaskets, idler pulleys, belt tensioner, serpentine belt, and AC compressor. Some other things I've also changed but that's everything I've had to do engine wise after owing it for 2 years and most of that was preventive maintenance or something that was already neglected by the previous owner.
