Surprising that the EP3 is still so cheap, considering its status, but from this list I'd take the BMW all day, that 330Ci Clubsport is pretty much peak BMW for me. That said, all the reasonably-priced ones have moon mileage so they would definitely need a refurb, some modern coilovers, brakes and a bit of a refresh on the engine (plus possibly a subtle-ish exhaust).
