Hey gang! I highly recommend this program. My legs and butt are always sore after.
   I take the class at Gold's gym when ever I get the chance. I do a lot of cycling and workout on a regular basis. This course is nice because I have a back injury and I have to be really careful how I lift and what I lift. I noticed the stronger my legs are the less pain I have in my back. It's not a crock that's for sure. I will eventually buy the course on online used or new. I've taken spin classes at the gym for the last 4 years. this workout is similar in-that it's very focused and perfect for someone like me that is always trying to remain strong.

i was 21 weeks pregnant, so i want to loose my belly and i want to be fit and tight again.
we had fun last wednesday, so im going the next time and try some more waights.
but im a bit scared for my back and neck.
i had an lower back hernia and a whiplash in my neck.
so im taking it easy :)
but i want to get stronger up there.

The video stopped at 1:43 and that's the total time length listed too, I tried it on 2 web browsers, so if you can see it all, I'm not sure what's going on. Could just be a glitch. I could view your other videos ok tho.

For Krusty's sake. When will people realise ANY "bulk" (muscle or fat) is due to excess calories over time, NOT the weight and rep range you choose. You will NOT burn fat if you do not eat clean. End of.

I cans ee the appeal of this, because it looks like a ton of fun, and I'd definitely like to try it just for the fun of it, but come on... most of these people didn't get the physique they have by doing "Body Pump". Not to mention, all the terms being thrown around in the video are ridiculous, unnecessary, and misleading. Would this be beneficial for any sedentary individual? Yes, of course. For anyone trying to get in real shape? Not a chance.

What a load of bullshit higher reps with low weights will not tone just increase muscular endurance slightly. The only way to "tone" muscles is to lift heavy weights with low reps ;)

Without the bulk? High reps with low weights makes you bigger than low weights high reps.
