Grimes says Elon Musk 'lives at times below the poverty line' and would not buy a new mattress despite her side having a hole in it.

While residing in Los Angeles, the musician remembers finding a hole in her side of the mattress. Musk proposed they bring the mattress from her house over instead of buying a new one, she added.

Grimes also said to Vanity Fair that dating the world's wealthiest person made her feel "stuck between two worlds."

Grimes revealed she and Musk had a secret second child together, a baby girl they call "Y," in the same interview. X A-Xii pronounced "X A.I. Archangel" the couple's older son, was born in May 2020.

Exa Dark Siderl Musk, Y's name, was conceived through a surrogate and is Musk's eighth kid.
