I’ve had 3 anaphylactic shocks, 2 of which I’ve ended up in hospital. First time, I had no Epipen but was given adrenaline & rushed into hospital, 2nd time I used my 2 pens but still needed to be taken to hospital. 3rd time wasn’t as severe. Problem is although I’ve been tested for several allergens, I still don’t know what has caused such severe reactions. Thank goodness for EpiPens, and it’s great that people with no allergies, want to know how to use them

My amazing friend is severely allergic to peanuts and this is very informative in case something goes wrong and needs someone else to inject.
