period irregularities are a HUGE red flag in health in women. please don’t try to lose weight through keto especially if u r female, u may think u r healthy because u r slim but hormone health is just as important and can lead to infertility issues. carbs are essential for hormone health

There's no way this is true considering carbs are in everything. Please don't avoid carbs unless there's a medical reason for avoiding them. It fuels your body and with the right combination of protein carbs healthy fats and fiber you'll have an excellent diet.

Can we finally realize that veggies consist carbs too, you don’t need to force yourself to eat bread if you don’t like it, everything got carbs in it so if you don’t specifically avoid it, nothing dangerous can happen

Period irregularities happen from eating too little calories. I’ve not had period irregularities from low carb, and the women I knew eating keto did not get them either.

Just curious and confused cuz there’s a lot more carbs then rice, bread, and potatoes. Did you look at every packaged food you ate to see there was no carbs, or when eating out and etc, with all you ate?

For people saying there are carbs in vegetables and fruits, unless she's eating beans or root vegetables she'd have to eat 2 to 6 times the amount to get the same amount of carbs from vegetables than is in grains. Skipping grains reduces your carb intake significantly.

I love how you said our bodies are built differently. I, on the other hand, have been ketoing and IFing for a very long time and I feel fantastic. My period is fine, my energy levels are high, and I look facking beautiful. People always critcise me, especially my Asian parents, for not eating carbs but mate, I'm living the time of my life here without carbs and I have no cravings either. I do me, and you do you, peace.

I barely eat processed carbs anymore like bread, pasta etc. I have keto and whole wheat wraps I’ll have sometimes in the week. But I usually just have a piece of whole wheat toast with my eggs in the morning and that’s it. I had to really cut down on my carb consumption and processed foods because my liver is fatty 😢. But I’ve also noticed I don’t get as tired after eating like I used to. I’ve just upped my protein intake significantly. I still eat carbs from veggies though

I used to avoid carbs because everyone says they’re bad. One day I binged and beat myself up over having pizza, but then I noticed I didn’t feel terrible. Then, I go to the dining hall (still in college) one day and all the food was trash, so again I got pizza. I had SOOOO much more energy the next day. I’ve been eating pizza every day the past sweveral days and my energy levels feel like they’re through the roof now. I workout 2hrs/day 5 days a week, so it would definitely make me feel terrible if I wasn’t using the carbs as fuel and I was sitting stagnant at home, but I’m not. Like, preworkout who?

I’m honestly kind of… confused? Carbohydrates are available in more than just rice, bread, etc. they’re found in foods such as vegetables, fruits, and literally every food. I’ve watched your other videos and they were quite confusing as well. PLEASE be clear with your viewers, especially since health videos impact people so much.
