My L5 has ruptured. Got a Cortisone shot a week ago, pain did not diminish. Chiropractor is helping with decompression of spine but I'm in insane pain unless I take Naproxen 2000mg. When and if will this Disk ever get better. Im at the end of threshold. 2 months of pain is outrageous.
