ive been to a few restraints that used hand held devices to take our orders, pretty cool and seemed very efficient.

We were sold this system six months ago, we have it now, thought it was superb, except for last Saturday night. We were having an extremely busy night (finally) when the whole system went down. We were “toast” right in the middle of service. We couldn’t take orders, get tickets to the kitchen, or close out . Insane and horrible ... Our other restaurant at the other end of town had this issue and also other area restaurants suffered the same problems. We did have internet - so it wasn’t our high speed service provider . We are hoping to get clear answers today on why, after hours on the phone with Toast support over the weekend, we still don’t have answers.
