When I saw his, I was excited to see a comparison of services you may have tried.
When you stated you have been with them for seven years, I was disappointed.
Much has changed in the last seven years.
Most of these companies require you to use their processing backends. That's how they lock you in.
I would prefer a more agnostic POS that would allow me to change processors if I wanted to.
Credit card processing can be 3% to 4% of sales.
That rivals profit margin, depending on concept.
Most of the +'s you mentioned are available on any modern POS.
Not sure why those make Toast "the best."
Would love to hear from you if you tried a different system in one of your restaurants and compare the differences.

Hi, Did you do a self-install or pay extra for the remote install when you first got started with Toast? I'm being offered two packages. Appears the one is just an upsell.
The remote install is an extra 500$. How difficult could it be to set up my menu and drinks? Thanks if you can
