These Banana Oat Muffins made with greek yogurt and cranberries is a perfect snack or breakfast option. I used just banana and cranberries to sweeten the batter, no sugar added. Greek yogurt is used instead of butter to reduce calories and to add protein.

Ingredients:
- 3 small ripe bananas (about 3.5 oz each)
- 1 cup of old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 150 g of non fat greek yogurt
- 40 g dried cranberries

Just made it, so delicious!!! Considering I love to bake and bake a lot and love sugar but lately try to find healthier recipes, this was really good! I added frozen cranberries, fresh apples, just a few chocolate chips and walnuts! Also I didnt have enough yogurt so added some buttermilk. Anyway it comes out very fluffy, good texture, so easy and fast to make.
