I literally could not L sit for 6 months and when you talked about the no hands leg raise i practiced that motion for 10 seconds and held immediately (for like 1 second BUT LETS GO TYSM)

another best way is to first sit on the ground with your legs straight; now put some flat short object under your heel and now just lift your body with your hands making your hips to calves are not touching the ground.
this thing helped me a lot.
