Thank you so much for this information. I too believe that most cases of gluten intolerance are triggered by glyphosate in foods. What I've found to be helpful in trying to avoid foods with glyphosate is to shop or buy foods from other countries. If you live in a major city you can easily buy food from South American, Mediterranean, Caribbean, African, Korean, Vietnamese or Indian stores. Most of them tend to stock foods imported from their countries and they are better alternatives to American products that contain glyphosate.

Excellent information, very useful and great to see those charts to look at the correlation between previous 90’s vs today. Also a little scary hope we start correcting our farming practices but unfortunately it seems they’re only getting worse.
